Telling stories to reach your audience

Burrito Project SF

As the Program Director at Burrito Project SF, I worked with professional videographer, Jayson Carpenter, to create this promotional video to feature our work. I created the script, chose site locations and worked with Jayson on editing the great footage he captured.

Bicycle Rules of the Road

As the manager of the education program, I received funding from the SF Department of the Environment and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District to develop a bicycle safety video. I served as producer of the video and worked with Laura Lukitsch of Global Performance Media to shoot and edit the video. In my role, I wrote the script, cast the volunteer actors, chose the shooting locations, and designed the graphics used in the video.

Driver Safety Training Videos

Working with the SFMTA as part of Vision Zero, I helped to write the script, cast the volunteer actors, and served as a consultant on the video for bicycle safety content. Featured here is the Large Vehicle Driver video, which was also adapted for taxi drivers and drivers of city-owned vehicles.

SF Valet Bicycle Parking

To promote the Valet Bicycle Parking program of the SF Bicycle Coalition, I worked with a volunteer videographer, Helga Hizer, to create this video. I helped to come up with the general concepts for the video, events to films, and questions for the interviews. Helga shot footage at various citywide events, combined it with graphics I created, and we worked together on editing the final product. Special thanks to Johnny Random for his song “Bespoke” which was composed completely from bicycles and their components.
