Non-Profit Websites

Helping organizations achieve their mission

I thrive working with mission-driven organizations to build mobile-responsive websites to help them spread their message and focus on their mission. I’ve designed sites for non-profits of all sizes and all budgets with user-friendly navigation and excellent user experience.

Burrito Project SF

As Program Director of Burrito Project SF, I wear a lot of hats. One of these included designing and launching our website. We went with a simple one-page site for most of the content but also feature Volunteer Profiles using the blog feature. The site integrates donations using Donorbox and Stripe payments, as well as email sign up and contact forms.

  • Mobile responsive
  • Stripe payment integration
  • Donorbox integration
  • Multi-language

Martin de Porres

As an active volunteer at Martin de Porres House of Hospitality, I offered to update their website after over 10 years. We used a WordPress theme that utilizes the Elementor drag & drop page builder and made the site easy to use by providing most of the content on the homepage.

  • Mobile responsive
  • Visual drag & drop page builder
  • Multi-language

Vision Zero Network

The Vision Zero Network is non-profit committed to helping communities eliminate all traffic fatalities. Working with the Executive Director, I completed the site from start to finish. Working with a mobile responsive WordPress theme, I developed the information architecture to make the site easy to navigate for users, designed custom page layouts, and continue to maintain & update the site. I also create custom graphics, icons, and logos for use by the organization in social media, event marketing, and reports.

  • Mobile Responsive
  • WeDidIt donation integration
  • Visual drag & drop page builder
  • Events calendar
  • Integrated slider

Northern California APA Chapter

I served as the Webmaster for two years on the board of the Northern California Section of the American Planning Association. In my role, I redesigned and rebuilt the organization’s website to allow for mobile responsive design while also streamlining the content and information architecture. In addition, I helped to put in place systems to allow for event and job submissions which improved work flows for the organization.
